Read Stacks is a small project run by one person. Email is the only channel — there's no support phone line, no chatbot, no help-desk ticket system. Every email is read by the operator personally.

Response window: usually within 24 hours on weekdays, up to 48 hours on weekends. If you haven't heard back in 72 hours, your email may have hit a spam filter — resend with "follow-up" in the subject.
Suggest a book or a stack
Most book additions to the library come from reader suggestions. Email [email protected] with subject "Book suggestion" and include:
- The book's title + author + edition you'd recommend
- One paragraph on why it belongs in the library — what it does that the current 21 books don't
For stack suggestions (themed reading paths), use subject "Stack suggestion" and include the goal + 4 candidate books in your suggested reading order with one sentence on each. Stack suggestions that fit the editorial direction get shipped within the month, credited to you in the stack's first send.
Partnership & cross-promo
Run a content site, newsletter, or podcast that overlaps with the Read Stacks audience (book content, productivity, business, decision-making, applied behavioral science)? Subject "Cross-promo". Briefly: who you are, audience size and composition, what kind of collaboration you have in mind. We pick on a case-by-case basis. No paid placements.
Publisher or author concern
If you're a publisher or author who has a specific concern about a chapter summary on this site — wording, accuracy, edition, anything — subject "Publisher concern". Include the book title, the specific page URL, and the concern. We respond within 48 hours and will update or remove content where the concern is valid.
Read Stacks operates on the fair-use paraphrase doctrine that covers book reviews and study guides; we don't reproduce passages from the books and every chapter page links to the book on Amazon. For GDPR data-access or deletion requests, see privacy policy for the process, then email [email protected] with subject "GDPR data request" and include the email address you used for any signup or interaction. Response within 30 days (statutory).
For DMCA notices, copyright concerns, or other legal notices, subject "Legal notice". We respond as a matter of priority.

Follow @read_bookpop on TikTok for short-form non-fiction book content. DM-ing on TikTok works for time-sensitive questions, but the operator checks email more reliably.
